Maybe I'm biased, but I really don't think I would enjoy this song half as much if anyone else was singing. Yeah. The girl's got fucking talent. And then there's the beat. Miss Jennifer did wonders here. She gave this track that edge to it that separates the kiddy music from real music that goes hard. That groove is infectious. It's got the kind of pulse that just invades the dancefloor and sucks everyone's minds, bodies, and souls into it. If you ever have the pleasure of hearing this track live, you will not see a single person sitting, just standing still, or even attempting to carry on a conversation. UMEK - I NEED YOU

Umek does it again! The techno mastermind delivered another fresh track earlier this week with "I Need You". It's a smooth, soulful, funky tech bomb that will get your body bouncing. Hello everyone! It took me a couple of weeks, but I've finally finished putting together my top tracks of 2012! These are my favorite tracks from last year, and with the exception of my track of the year, they are in no particular order. I did not want to rank them simply because there's so much variety of styles in here that trying to make an objective decision on which is better is just silly. These are simply my 20 favorite tracks of the year. Popularity was not a factor in selections. I considered things like artistry, originality, emotional impact, and just my own personal enjoyment. TUNNEL (PREVIEW)

Hey everyone.  My new track "Tunnel" is all finished and I just wanted to share this preview with you.  It's progressive tech track with a deep feel to it.  According to my friend Rich it's like "david tort-ish meets daniel portman" which I take as a pretty good compliment.  I've sent the full track out to a bunch of labels so for now just enjoy the preview and keep your fingers crossed for me!

TEENAGE SUPERSTAR DJ

Balthazar and JackRock put together a real banger on their new collaboration "Teenage Superstar DJ", and I'm certain this track is going to be huge!  The beat features a seriously infectious, bouncy groove with a big heavy kick and has some electro-ish elements sprinkled in.  I'm also a big fan of the techy, shuffling percussion that help drive it along.  "Teenage Superstar DJ" will be released April 19th on Bosphorous Underground Recordings so check it out!  These guys also have a bunch of other big tracks coming up and you can check them all out on Soundcloud.

LECHE DE TIGRE VS I HAVE A DREAM

F-F-F-F-F-F-FUNKY!!!!  The words could be a little bit louder here but this is just so dope anyway it doesn't even matter.  DJ Ale Rana mashed up MLK Jr.'s "I Have a Dream Speech" with the super groovy "Leche De Tigre" by Olivier Giacomotto.  The results are fantastic and you should listen to it lol.  Enjoy!

TORRO

What's up folks?  I just got this new release from Maquina Music by ThreeSixty & Dirty Harris and I'm really digging it.  The track's signature is a huge grooving bassline, and they overlay this with some chopped-up vocals and some nice shuffling percussion.  The break then builds up a progressive style melody that holds true throughout the main beat and drives the song from there.  The whole song is a wonderful blend of tech and progressive house that I think should have really broad appeal across all types of fans.  Big thanks to Maquina Music for the free download, and enjoy!

Hey guys.  Sorry it's been a while since my last post.  I have a couple of songs I'm really trying to get finished and I've been working on them like crazy!  In the meantime here is my newest song "Hypnotoad"!  It's another tech house track with a fat, groovy bassline and a bunch of shuffling percussion.  Any fans of the show Futurama are sure to enjoy the sample I used too.  Check it out and spread the word!!
