SOUTH CENTRAL - STAR WARS (ANGGER DIMAS REMIX) (PREVIEW)
At work, so I gotta keep this short. This new remix from Angger Dimas sounds like straight fire on the main beat. I'm a bit skeptical on the dubstep part at the end here, but it sounds like it's probably part of the break and not another main section so I'm ok with it. Definitely looking forward to the full track. Check it out!

DAVID PATEL FEAT. REBECCA LULLIO - ADDICTION (MISS JENNIFER REMIX)
This. Is. A. Banger. First, I need to highlight and talk about the vocals here, done by a fantastic singer and college friend of mine - Rebecca Lullio. Maybe I'm biased, but I really don't think I would enjoy this song half as much if anyone else was singing. Yeah. The girl's got fucking talent. And then there's the beat. Miss Jennifer did wonders here. She gave this track that edge to it that separates the kiddy music from real music that goes hard. That groove is infectious. It's got the kind of pulse that just invades the dancefloor and sucks everyone's minds, bodies, and souls into it. If you ever have the pleasure of hearing this track live, you will not see a single person sitting, just standing still, or even attempting to carry on a conversation. It's the kind of beat people put off trips to the bar or bathroom to hear. Check it out. Available on Beatport from Nervous Records on February 26th!

SHADOW CHILD - SO HIGH (HOT SINCE 82 REMIX)
Holy shit this is my first post in a long time. I heard this track today and 100% had to share it. This track has groove. It has soul. It makes you wanna move. It's really everything a good house track should be. I know this is pretty short for my first post in so long, but this is one where I really just wanna let the music speak for itself. Buy it on Beatport.

TWO NEW REMIXES FROM HUGE EUGE
Hey everyone. My buddy Eugene Veltman, a.k.a. Huge Euge, is back with two killer new remixes! In general, Euge has been on a tear lately. Winning the Richard Durand vs. The World North America Competition, spinning at some of the best clubs in NYC including Pacha, and now these two fantastic tracks. In Eugene's own words, "I was once on my path to becoming a brain surgeon. Now I am blowing the minds of anyone who will listen." I couldn't put it any better myself. Both of these remixes are for contests on Beatport so make sure to vote!
This first remix of Sander Van Doorn's "Chasin" is exactly what a good remix should be. It highlights the best parts of the original track and then warps it into something different and distinct and unique. Euge flaunts the familiar melodies and notes of "Chasin" at us, puts on them on string right in front of us and teases us with them in the just the right way for the right amount of time and then yanks them away to hit us with a distorted, grizzled electro monster of a beat.
VOTE HERE for Sander Van Doorn - Chasin (Huge Euge Remix)
Next up is his remix for Zedd feat. Matthew Koma - "Spectrum" which is absolutely off the wall. I've got to go bold here and say this is the kind of high-quality remix I'd expect to here from the likes of Hardwell. Seriously, if I didn't know this was Huge Euge and had to guess who did the remix, Hardwell would probably be my guess. It's got that kind of style to it, which is very impressive. The way this drop hits after the whole mellow, melodic break down is so expertly executed, and the entire song is just a well-crafted vessel of joy for your ears. So give both of the tracks a listen and be sure to rock that vote to help Huge Euge on his rise to the top.

ICE ICE BABY (DJ HAIPA REMIX)
Hey guys. I stumbled across this remix of "Ice Ice Baby" the
other day and found myself really surprised at how well it works. DJ Haipa does
a really good job of not letting the cheesiness of the original drag this remix
down and the results are pretty impressive. He didn't go the really commercial
route with it which is what I was expecting before taking a listen. It's got
this funky, techy sort of bassline and a subtle but groovy lead. This is all
accompanied by some crisp percussive elements and some nice spontaneous
flourishes of little blips and beeps that compliment everything really well.
All in all, it's a really fun, groovy little track that'll get your head
bobbing and butt shaking. And the cherry on top is that DJ Haipa was nice
enough to give this away for free. Enjoy!

INTERGALACTIC
In honor of the late Adam Yauch, we have a new remix of the Beastie Boys "Intergalactic". Filip Le Frick 'refricked' this track in good style using lots of the original track and segueing into a tight electro beat. Enjoy!

MOONBEAM REMIX COMPETITION SPONSORED BY PER-VURT RECORDS
I've done a track for another remix competition, and I need all of your support to help win. This time it's for the Russian progressive techno/progressive trance group Moonbeam and it's sponsored by Per-vurt Records. I'd describe the style of my track as 'minimal funk', and it's completely unique. I doubt you've heard anything quite like it before. In order to give my remix the best possible chance of being selected as one of the 3 winners, I need to get as many 'Likes' as possible. So head over to the Soundcloud page for the song, take a listen, and click 'Like' to vote for me. Thank you!

Anyone in the NYC can easily go DJ Santa live, as he regularly DJs some of the nicest clubs in the city including Greenhouse and most recently La Pomme. Enjoy guys!

RATTLE (PARTY HATS BOOTLEG)
Hey guys. My friend Jesse and his boy Ravi B, together known as Party Hats, made this sick remix of the Bingo Players "Rattle". They did this as part of Beatport's remix competition for the track, and they need your support! Their mix is a big electro mix with a killer lead, a banging kick drum, and great sampling of the original. These guys hail from Rutgers, and they've definitely got the skills to go far. Check out the track and go vote for their remix in the competition! (Beatport membership required)

SEXY AND I KNOW IT (REEPR REMIX)
Underground (sort of) electro/dubstep producer ReepR has been putting out a whole lot of tracks lately, and he just added to it today with this new remix he did of LMFAO. The percussion is really good and gives the mix a nice shuffle feel to it underlying the vocals and everything else. The drop is very tight with a good electro bassline that's quickly joined by some pitch-bending leads. I do think I could've done with less of the vocals though since they really are cheesy haha. Enjoy this one and check out more from ReepR on Beatport! Also, you should watch the video above since it's really funny dubbing over old clips from the He-Man cartoon with the original version of this song.
